Vietnam Memorial Garden

In the Fall of 2008, the National Vietnam War Museum will begin construction of a replica of the Moving Wall, a 1/2 scale version of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C.  The wall construction will generally follow the techniques that John Devitt used in building the Moving Wall.  The wall will be constructed in a forest of Arizona Cypress trees and will be accessed by a path of decomposed granite.

Shown below is an artist's concept of the new garden.

The new garden is estimated to cost $175,000 and fundraising is ongoing.  Once constructed, additional funding will
be needed for maintenance and utilities.  Your contributions are needed today and may be made online using the
Gift Shop Order Form or may be mailed to the museum at the address shown on the Contact Page.
